A good beer that refreshes on a hot summer day. Can't beat the price on this one. I enjoyed 32 oz for $1.62. Better than the other big 3 in my humble opinion. Great enjoyable taste. This is a economically affordable beer when the dough is kinda low in these harsh times and you find yourself trying to find something to relax on. I'd definitely recommend this beer to anyone.

Can says 'brewed by Stroh Canada'. Which, as far as I can tell, is Sleeman. LCBO lists it as a Sleeman product. This oddly hasn't been added yet.

A - Pours a very light golden colour. Bright with moderate carbonation coming up. A fluffy white head of two fingers sizzles down pretty fast to a tiny film. No lace and no retention.

S - Light grain, honey, grass.

T - Honey, sweet grain, very mild corny notes, more honey towards the end.

M - Good carbonation, light-ish to medium body and a sweet grainy finish.

O/D - Not as corny as many lagers can be, but still not great. I wouldn't turn one down if it was the only thing available, but I wouldn't seek it out at all. Easy drinking and inoffensive, but not tasty.

One of the few macros I enjoy. Helped me through culinary school thats for sure. Nothing in the tadte is offensive but nothing is particularly outstanding. I still crack a can open from time to time.

473ml can poured into a pint glass. Marked ABV 4.9%.

A - Clear pale golden yellow with a thin bubbly head that was quickly gone. No lacing.

S - Light grain and light grass.

T - Mild sweetness, off-tasting light bitterness, and water. The off flavours worsen as it warms up.

M - Light carbonation, medium-light body, bitter watery finish

O - Bland. That pretty sums it up for me.
