Slightly hazy onion skin/ chicken broth yellow beer that looks like somebody spit in it. Just a touch of light sulpher in the nose.
Tastes very, very faintly of corn and syrupy sweet light malt, and alcohol is unexpectedly present, all this is the background for a big earthy hop taste, which definately saves this beer. The finish is long and not clean at all, which seems wrong for a pilsner. This is a ballsy stab at pilsner, and one of the better beers from A. Schell, but still, not cohesvie really.
Mouthfeel is mid-viscosity, syrupy, and carbonated.
