750ml bottle at share. Copper pour with a tiny, disapearing head. Aroma is sweet and malty, light fruity notes. Taste follows with sweet maltiness, cherreis and a hint of tartness. The pucker lingers for a while on the palate.

Not a bad sour, one of the better ones I have had. Still not sold on style, but that said... This was a well crafted brew. Pours a washed out form of burgundy with a thin laced head of creme. Smell is.... i get vinegar (might be too old)? The taste has a cypress wax vinegar sour cherry notes about it with a fresh, crisp finish about it. over all I likes and would suggest to anyone (whom can find it) getting into sours.

Old 750ml bottle kept in my fridge entirely too long but was still tasty.
Dark brown to black in color with lactic aroma and hints of cherry. Taste is lightly tart with a contrasting dark grain element and cherry pit flavor without getting medicinal.
Medium in body with modest carbonation, this had some light oxidation and was starting to show its age but still tasty.

750ml bottle: This one pours a cloudy reddish amber color. There was about no head or lacing on it. I like the aroma. Wheat, and some tart and sour cherries. A bit of funkiness to it also. The taste is good. Sour, but not overly so. Good flavor of tart cherries, wheat and a hint of funkiness. Nice!

Pours a striking and cloudy brick red with a pinkish, foamy head that quickly dissipates and leaves spotty lacing.
The aroma is loaded with cherry scents, a touch of vinegar and a hint of funk.
Taste is big and bold and tart cherry with a lingering dark cherry finish that is also a touch dry and refreshing. Just a hint of acidic sourness as well.
Mouthfeel is bright and bubbly.
Overall, another excellent Nobel Star brew.
