It seems they're searching for the NE hazy IPA with this one, and they're doing a pretty damn good job. Creamy mouthfeel. Nice nose, grapefruit-orange rind taste. One of the better IPA's available in Denver

Poured from 16oz can into my 8th Wonder chalice. I don’t see a date stamped on the can.

Appearance: nice, moderately murky yellow-orange body with a thick finger of frothy ivory foam atop.

Smell: slightly sweet malt base with a really nice hop aroma. And it really has just that — the aroma of, like, classic hops, with grassy and earthy elements but a nice bright freshness. I like it a lot.

Taste: a just-sweet-enough malt base with more of those grassy and slightly earthy hops. There’s not quite as much of the “fresh and juicy” factor as the aroma, but still, a good beer indeed.

Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess.

Overall: kind of like a classic IPA hop profile with more of a New England IPA sensibility to it. An interesting combo — I dig it.

Rare Trait pours a hazy, orangish color with a small, massively lacing, long-lasting head. The aroma has notes of melons, mangos, and other dried tropical fruits. Creamy, rich feel. Overall, it is a lovely, sweeter, fruitier, big-flavored IPA.

Flagship IPA, fresh from the source. Pours a thin gold. Slightly hazy with a distinct juicy note. This is the one they’re known for, and I can see why. It's a good one.

16 oz. Can

Poured into a Tree House glass a very nice cloudy pale yellow color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/creamy one-finger plus white head, which also leaves some very nice creamy sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (oranges, tangerines, pineapple, grapefruit, mango, peach, melon, papaya, nectarine, apricot, guava.), very nice diesel like. The taste is very nice, hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (oranges, tangerines, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, peach, melon, papaya, nectarine, apricot, guava), very nice diesel like. Medium body, ABV hidden very well, with a nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a very tasty beer. MilkShake! Orange Julius! Addictive!

Fresh (and first time?) drop of Cerebral beers in the Nashville area. No date on the can but purchased and consumed within a couple days of arrival in town.

Cloudy orange-gold fruit juice body, totally opaque but not murky or chunky. Good initial head of bright white soapy foam. Really strong lacing down the glass.

Bright citrus juice, cracked wheat, pine resin, and mildly dank greens on the nose. A little berry, grape, and tropical fruits behind the scenes. Mild (understandable for the ABV) but really dialed in and we’ll balanced. And as this thing warms? Wow. I would think this is a bigger beer.

Flavor profile is a pretty perfect continuation of the initial nose (less so the more expansive nose when the beer warms and really opens up). Really nice balance of semi-sweet citrus juice (orange, lemon, and ruby red grapefruit) and pithy rind with some earthy pine and starchy (pleasantly) greens. Very dry and bitter finish. With a little warming the tropical fruits come out and add some nice depth. Doesn’t blow you away like some bigger hazies, but this is one I could easily have multiple of in a sitting. Really well made.

Medium bodied, silky smooth, coating and chewy, but not sticky at all. Just the right amount of carbonation.

Really exceptional 6-ish% hazy. Not changing the world but just outstanding across the board.

Pours a cloudy golden orange with two fingers of foamy head that slowly settles to a thin cap with some lacing. Aroma of tangerine and pine. Taste follows nose. Very nice.

I had this on draft 2/1/23 @ the Hopleaf.

Opaque orange appearance.

Small eggshell head; frothy lace.

Sweet orange citrus, fresh ganja & lemon peel notes in the nose.

Medium mouthfeel.

Orange citrus, ganja, dry pine & faint booze heat flavors.

Bold & tasty, if a bit dry.
