Serving glass: Poured forcefully from nitro bottle into Nonic Pint.
Appearance: Jet black with lovely, tan, nitro head.
Smell: Strong roasted aroma, with chocolate, char, coffee, smoke and molasses. Stronger than expected.
Taste: The taste is pretty much identical to the aroma described above, but a little bit muted. There is some milk-like sweetness at the end.
Feel: Extremely creamy. Obvious lack of carbonation, but that is the point. The body is very light; it could be decried as thin but the creaminess more than makes up for it.
Overall: This is a perfect substitute for Guinness Draught. You know, for when you desire something better. This is pretty damn good overall, even if the taste is definitely on the light side.

Pours nice and thick, black color. Small head forms but doesn't stay long.
Not too much smell really. I noted some coffee but other than that there wasn't much.
Taste: coffee. Lots of coffee goodness. And some caramel taste with out too much sweetness. The sweetness is much more subdued than the regular milk stout.
The mouthfeel on this stout is tremendous. Very rich and creamy. Typical of nitro beers I've had on draft. Good to find that in a bottle.
Good overall beer.
