Pours a clear orange gold. A hearty off-white head takes falls after a few minutes, but leaves enough to require the upper-lip-wipe after a good pull. Nice spots of sticky lace.
Aroma is toasted biscuit, caramel with a light citrus note.
Flavor is a bit more caramel than biscuit. Sweeter than I like. The citrus hop character isn't as apparent. A very light bitter finish. No flaws to speak of, but not very engaging or refreshing.
Smooth, medium feel with good carbonation.
One of the most promising appearances, but without the flavor to back it up.

Pours a clear copper with a modest cream head that lingers as a thin layer of foam.
Toasted malt, tea-like herbal and floral hops, and a touch of caramel form the aroma.
Flavor is fairly sweet and caramelly. The finish is grassy, lightly resiny and bitter, with a slight citrus character.
Body and carbonation are moderate.
Well balanced apa. I like the hint of citrus, but wish it were more prevalent.
Serving type: on-tap
