Appearance - Golden amber, medium carbonation. Cloudy with a big, thick head.
Smell - Bready. Also a flowery bouquet.
Taste - Starts off with a bit of a sweet caramel flavor, and finishes with a tart.
Mouthabiliity - Smooth and balanced texture.
Drinkability - Very good APA.

Pours a clear copper with a modest cream head that lingers as a thin layer of foam.
Toasted malt, tea-like herbal and floral hops, and a touch of caramel form the aroma.
Flavor is fairly sweet and caramelly. The finish is grassy, lightly resiny and bitter, with a slight citrus character.
Body and carbonation are moderate.
Well balanced apa. I like the hint of citrus, but wish it were more prevalent.
Serving type: on-tap
