This may be a variant, sampled at the firkin rendevous here in mid february. Made with vangaurd hops.
Pours bronze with a minimal white head, No lacing or head retention
Smell: Good amount of floral hops
Taste: frutiness & crisp hop snap
MF: pretty good balance. slightly thin
VG sessionability, refreshing & goes down easy:)
Serving type: cask

Pours a clear copper with a modest cream head that lingers as a thin layer of foam.
Toasted malt, tea-like herbal and floral hops, and a touch of caramel form the aroma.
Flavor is fairly sweet and caramelly. The finish is grassy, lightly resiny and bitter, with a slight citrus character.
Body and carbonation are moderate.
Well balanced apa. I like the hint of citrus, but wish it were more prevalent.
Serving type: on-tap
