A - A clear pale amber with almost zero head and no retention of what little there was. No lacing at all.
S - Very mild overall, with just hints of biscuity malt and thin ginger.
T - A very mild ale with acceptable, but unexciting flavors. No hops detected. The ginger is also fairly mild, but does add a nice and pleasant flavor component, especially in the aftertaste. I love ginger, and was hoping for even a bit more.
M - Fairly thin bodied, with low to moderate carbonation. Crisp and dry finish.
D - With a bit more ginger, this would be improved, but it still an easily drinkable beer - unfortunately in a slightly macro sense.

Poured from a bottle into a tumbler glass.
Appearance: Pours a light copper color with a minimal head that dissipates incredibly quick and leaves no lacing. (Maybe that's just a bad pour on my part?)
Smell: Very up front ginger aroma, but I also get hints of pumpkin and honey with some herbal hop aroma as well.
Taste: This beer goes through three stages. The initial gulp is very heavy on the ginger and quickly gets followed up by sweet, bready malt flavors. After swallowing is when the herbal, grassy hops show themselves on the sides of the tongue.
Mouthfeel: Crisp and light without being too thin or watery. Not too much carbonation, but it is a bit fizzier than I typically like.
Overall: Quite an enjoyable beer. It definitely deserves the right food pairing to go with it, though. I'm thinking I'll have a few with my next trip to my favorite Thai restaurant. With that being said, I can't see it being a staple in my refrigerator for the season. It will, however, be an interesting diversion from the same session ales I normally take to get togethers.
