Although I usually find Left Hand brews to be very solid, this one fell short of my expectations. It seems like it's almost trying a bit too hard, and ended up with a bad beer.
Pours a light brown color. Smell of ginger immediately hits you. I immediately thought about December and the holiday season, which is a good thing.
But the first sip was missing something. It tasted like water and ginger and nothing else. Weak.

A-pours a soft copper color with a fizzy white head that fades rather quickly
S-ginger dominates with some sweet malt aroma in the background
T-More ginger, with some bitterness following and finishes dry
M-medium-light bodied with tight carbonation
O-drinks almost like a dry club soda with ginger. Very interesting brew and I honestly enjoyed that it wasn't complicated by a lot of other flavors or sweetness
