Picked this up as part of a boxed set of different micro-brews. Poured a clean golden yellow with abundant head that soon diminished to pencil thin. The lacing around the glass stuck for the duration of the beer. Real good hoppy aroma. The flavor captures the typical pilsner essence, hoppy with a slight bite at the end. Very crisp and clean, easily drinkable. This is a relatively basic pilsner, not bad at all.

Poured from a bottle with a best by date of 7/30/14; into a pub glass.
Appearance - flat, white grape juice. Thin white head that vanishes very quickly. Lacing is nonexistent.
Smell - lemon bread and a hint of mango.
Taste - some lemon zest and sour dough.
Feel - a bit tangy, but too light.
Overall - a nice pils; the styles just not for me.

12 ounce bottle -> pilsner flute glass

A - very clear light straw colored with a small one finger head, good retention, and good lacing.

S - very light aroma, floral and biscuit notes.

T - light and flavorful, subtle malt profile with a bit of a rye and hop finish

M - good carbonation, bit of an aftertaste

O - A refreshing easy drinking offering.

A: Clear golden color akin to a light champagne or white grape juice. Minimal, stark-white head which covers the top of the glass well.

S: Smells light and refreshing with hints of malt and hops.

T: Taste was a big letdown for this brew and leads me to think that I may have picked up a bad bottle. Starts off as a good example of a pilsner and what I expected but finished very metallic-like.

M: Nothing exceptional but in no way disappointing either.

O: Would try again, after reading reviews, possibly a bit of an older bottle that wasn't treated too well before I purchased it.

I am a left hand fan. This pilsner is as good as any.

A: Dense white head atop a pale brass body, with pin point carbonation and a bit of lace.
S: Smell is the weakest link here. Grass, white biscuit malt, flowers, and bit of skunk.
T: Lovely. Could drink this all night. Authentic, lovely hop and sweet citric, grassy profile. Light and tingly refreshing finish.
MF: Lovely body and finish, good weight, leaves you in a great refreshing place, Great Food BEER!

As good a pilsner gets.
