A: Extraordinarily clear brass color, with a very quickly disappearing head.
S: distinctly pilsner aroma, with touches of whole wheat, sour apple and floral notes.
T: First profile is comprised of walnut, citrus and big pilsner malt. Secondary notes are banana, sour cherry and more pilsner malt. Distinct german hops come through right before the end flavors. Moderately dry finish.
M: Light and moderately carbonated, with no alcohol ethers, and low bitterness.
O: An above average pilsner. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go search this beer out, but if you're in the mood for a good pils, this is the place to grab it. I really do like left hand brewery, and i do plan to search out more of their brews in the near future.
