Can't believe I've been drinking these for so long and have never properly reviewed it!
Anyhow, Polestar pours a semi-clear yellow, with a nice head and respectable lace. Not fancy, but it's there. And this bottle isn't even "fresh".
Aroma is mild, but with some citrus in there. Good. Hints at the hops, not just malts.
Plenty of flavor. A pleasant whisk of citrus hops, not overwhelming but just a hint. This one's crisp and well-balanced, full-flavored but light-bodied. This is one to gently steer macro drinkers away from their swill.
Overall, a delicious and refreshing beer, easy to session, and one I'll return to gladly!
