Poured into pint glass.
A: Copper color. 1/2 inch head.
Smell: caramel malt. Smells like an amber/lager.
Taste: Toffee and caramel. The flavor is sweet. Malty. The finish is more herbal which is part of the reason I'm not a big Octoberfest fan. It's what it should taste like, but not a huge favorite of mine.
Mouthfeel: Malty. Slight burning sensation perhaps from the carbonation.
Drinkability: One only for me. I'm still hunting for a more sessionable Octoberfest.
Serving type: bottle
