Served in a pint glass.
Appearance: Very dark brown, has an average tan head with little definition. After a hard pour rose to about 1/4" but with out sipping settled too quick.
Smell: Light coffee scent with pieces of chocolate.
Taste: Light roasted chocolate feel. Not really bitter at all but not exactly sweet either.
Mouth:Light carbonation. Smooth texture but slightly dry. You feel a light chocolatey bitterness after taste right after each sip.
Overall: Not a bad brew, it's like having an Irish Stout merged with a Milk Stout. It's definitely a unique blend. Salud!
