Bottle had a brewed on date. The bottle was also deformed (not obvious in the six pack but obvious holding the bottle). No biggie, just won't keep it for homebrew.
Appearance: Black with a small tan head, leaves some lacing
Smell: Dark roast coffee, roasted malts, cream, and a little dark chocolate
Taste: Roasted malts, some dark roast coffee, dark chocolate, a little bitterness, and then a cream sweetness hits you. Really nice flavors. Really good balance between sweetness and bitterness, leaning towards the sweet side.
Mouthfeel: Light carbonation, medium to full body, thick and smooth
Overall: Very good. More of a desert beer than something I would drink on a regular basis, but it is rather good.
Serving type: bottle
