Appearance- Solid jet black with a creamy tan head that has no problem sticking to the glass as it goes down.
Smell- Not very strong but there are some faint notes of chocolate. A friend even said oaky chocolate.
Taste- Very sweet creamy chocolate, malty, some caramel. Almost like a cow tail candy.
Mouthfeel- Super creamy, more so than a guinness even. So smooth.
Overall- I think its awesome that an actual accessible craft beer company did a nitro bottle. Hopefully more companies will follow along, it adds some variety.
Serving type: nitro-bottle
