Very dark ruby, but not opaque has a quickly fading beige lace.
Sweet caramel and fruit.
Chewy and sticky with very little carbonation.
Slight roast to the malt at the beginning leads to all caramel and chocolate sweetness. Leaves a lingering sticky toffee flavor in the mouth.
Very easy to drink, but not something for all night.
Have had it on a regular tap and also from a beer engine, the beer engine makes it very silky, and very nice. The scores are for the engine.
Serving type: on-tap
