Black with brown edges in the glass. Nitro works well for a great foam without overdoing it. Pour less vigorously if you like it less nitro-fied. Deep, dark, rich and fairly sweet. Nice roasted malt, dark caramel, and a hoppy touch. Starts out winey and roasty, long nose of grain and chocolate, and ends with a pleasant bitterness. All in all, one of the better stouts on the maltier side.
I think they're onto something here. A great drinkable stout, now creamier and more fun. Just plain drinkable.
Serving type: nitro-bottle
