Haven't had a nitro bottle before, so this is a first. Usually enjoy nitrotaps, though I find them watery at times. Anyways...
Pours a nice, silky black. Head is slow forming, but a solid cream color, with cascading downward bubbles while it forms. Leaves nice lacing.
Smells crisply malty, with a nice crusty, roasted bread leading the charge. Slight light-roast coffee comes out as well.
Taste is smooth and very, very silky. Slight coffee, slight semi-sweet chocolate, and a lightly soothing malt throughout. It isn't the strongest tasting beer, but it just comes together very well. Watery for sure, but that actually isn't completely a bad thing in this case (see below).
Mouthfeel is light and velvety. I think the milk stout aspect comes out most here, as it is almost alkaline, rather than the normal acidity evident in most beers. Watery aspect makes the beer incredibly drinkable, as it isn't so watery to be not enjoyable. Overall a beer with aspects I normally wouldn't envision liking, but do in this case.

A - Poured very dark black had a thin tan head looked like soda foam. Great lacing rings left around glass.
S - Very sweet and honestly like milk chocolate.
T - Taste is great. Chocolate with vanilla undertones. Starts off creamy/milky and finishes a bit dry with a vanilla/caramel taste. So good.
M - Creamy, smooth, slightly below average carbonation. Extremely drinkable. Will definitely buy again

12oz bottle poured into a stout glass.
Pours nice and black, with little head that dissipates quickly.
Smells like sweet cream. Hint of coffee/toffee.
Tastes great. Creamy texture with a good amount of sweetness, but not overpowering. Subtle vanilla taste at first that is more noticeable on the finish. Slight coffee taste. I detect some slight spices, but don't know where that could be coming from.
Overall a very good beer. Bought a six pack of this and I'm looking forward to seeing how this tastes in a few months.
