Appearance: Pours a dark brown color with ruby highlights. About 1/2" of khaki head forms; average retention and lacing.
Smell: Smells of some roast, pretty strong dark fruit character, maybe some florals, and some soapiness.
Taste: The taste is different. A fair number of dark fruits, with maybe a hint of roast. Some florals on the back end. Definitely not what I was expecting, but still okay. More roast and creaminess is needed here.
Mouthfeel/Overall: Light-medium bodied, with quite a bit of carbonation; very smooth and creamy. Overall, not my favorite milk stout I have tried by any stretch. Had heard some good things about this but not super impressed.
