Last one. Beautiful marketing label.
Been sitting a while in the fridge. Bottled 11 08 10 purchased in the last month or so.
Pale yellow, crystal clear. A nice amount of fizz coming up.
Stunning foam. Thick, stable, sticky. Longer lasting than it looked.
Nice mellow hop smell. Floral.
Blunt bitter but not painful, smooth. Some light residual sugars.
Thin, watery, light. Maltless marvel. I like a little heavier gravity. This was made for thick spicy curry. Samosas.
This could make for an awesome session beer. Just needs to drop a percent or two.

Appearance - Golden with a slight brown
Smell- Malty with a slight hop note
Taste- Strong malt at first giving way to hops. Very good example of an english IPA
Mouthfeel- Could be a bit smoother slight bite and a little thick
Overall- I love this IPA! Drank it out of a bottle for years but on tap is the way to go.
Serving type: on-tap
