Bottled on 2/3/10
A- creamy white 1/2" head of tiny bubbles on a golden translucent ale. Nice lace leftbehind on glass.
S- malty & fruity aromas. Light malt notes followed by a nice sweetness, maybe a slight hint of yeast.
T- malty backbone comes through well with a nice hop zing that doesn't balance out. Malt notes are delicious and sustained.
MF- nice engaging mild bitterness from start to a dry finish. Nice tingling throughout with a very mild coating of the tongue.
D- good british style ipa with a heavier then normal malt profile, a mild hit of hops and a sustained med. Bitterness.

Appearance - Golden with a slight brown
Smell- Malty with a slight hop note
Taste- Strong malt at first giving way to hops. Very good example of an english IPA
Mouthfeel- Could be a bit smoother slight bite and a little thick
Overall- I love this IPA! Drank it out of a bottle for years but on tap is the way to go.
Serving type: on-tap
