Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a pint glass. Born on date reads 2-2-12.
A - Pours a clear, golden amber with small fizzy head. Tons of lacing.
S - Scents of floral hops and light sweet malts. Very good on the nose.
T - Solid balance of floral, fresh hops and sweet maltiness. Finishes with a lasting bitterness and slightly bready, rye-like flavor.
M - Moderate-light body. Smooth and well balanced.
O - A well crafted example of the style. Not exactly something I'd seek out but certainly one I wouldn't turn down if offered.
