I had this on tap at Union Jack's on the Manatawny. It came in a snifter.
Arrives a slightly hazy amber/orange with a beautiful head of off-white foam. Carbonation appears soft. The head lasts a long time, leaving great lacing. This is a very pretty beer.
Aroma is light citrusy lemons and pine, with a pleasant light toffee candy background. Lightly fruity, with notes of pears and maybe strawberries. What yeast is this?
Flavor is delicious toffee malt and citrusy/piney hops. It's not real bitter, but the hop flavor is truly fantastic. Very well balanced. As an IPA it's not that hoppy, but it is a very tasty beer. Aftertaste is lightly malty and hoppy.
Mouthfeel is smooth and creamy, fairly full bodied. Carbonation is low to medium. Finish is tingly and dries out toward the end of the sip.
This is a very good beer; not overly bitter, with a good malt backbone. The hops and malt battle it out nicely, with the drinker coming out the winner.
