Service Temperature, 35 degrees Fahrenheit. Service Glassware, 12 ounce Tulip.
Appearance, is as expected for an IPA, amber and with a nice clarity. It pours a medium to strong off white foamy head with a lingering cobweb of lace along the glass as I consume it. Aroma, can best be described as a mix of pine, spice, and a nice finish of grapefruit along with a mild honey malt aroma.
Sipping, I detect pine, some malt sweetness, and again the citrus (grapefruit) that I expect from an member of the hop bitter, biscuit also makes an appearance here.
Overall mouthfeel is medium, but under these conditions I don't detect cloying at all. A nice IPA indeed. Gonna get me a nice BLT with this.
