Poured from 750mL bottle into Ommegang tulip
A - As I popped the cork of this beer, the carbonation came alive in the bottle and it went wild. When poured it was like champagne with a very even and lively almost non-stop carbonation. I've always loved the appearance of Ommegang beers and they have such a nice even look with the carbonation. The overall color wasn't too impressive being such a pale yellow and reminding me of BMC. Nice frothy head with slick lacing.
S - From across the room, I smelled the distinct odor of most of the macros, but as I raised the glass to my nose, the fruits came out. Subtle witbier smell (coriander, orange peel, vanilla-sih)
T - Pear comes to mind. Cloves and other light soft flavors. Some sugar taste as well. Not my favorite wibier, but certainly not a bad offering.
M - Smooth and bready after feel. The lively carbonation was expected upon first glance and the mouthfeel lead up to expectations.
D - Soft and easy to drink. Not overly fruity like some other wits. The ABV is also reasonable which makes this a reasonable one to have a few of.

BOD 4/9/14. Slightly hazy golden pour with a nice head. Nice lacing and only normal retention. Nose of Belgian yeast, lemon, orange and spice - probably coriander. Light medium body with a somewhat slick texture. Above average carbonation that imparts a nice effervescence on the finish. Laid back flavor profile that is balanced and has a bit of complexity. It begins with tart lemon over orange, progresses to a bit of spice and ends with a light biscuit cracker. The finish is effervescent and leaves you with a light tart bitterness. A bit more flavor intensity and this would be outstanding.
