Pours a very nice two inch head into my goblet. Beer is a hazy, straw color. Head diminishes but leaves behind some lacing.
Smell is mostly yeast, very mild honey, and lots of cloves. Best way to describe the overall smell is spicy.
Taste reminds me a lot of Hoegaarden. Dry, yeasty, and lots of clove taste. Fairly mild overall, with a real starchy, potato like flavor. Light and inoffensive, but this isn't really a style I enjoy. Very drinkable however, and worth a shot, especially if you like dry, yeasty beers.
Mouthfeel is fizzy but light, with a dry finish. Pretty refreshing.
This is a decent beer, but it's too mild for my taste.
