slightly cloudy and tawny-gold hue with a full finger of absolutely white head, lots of carb bubbles rushing up from the bottom of the glass, lacing is great as well as head retention. this is a good lookin brew.
non pine hop aroma, bready with honey, malty with a hint of must, coriander with a touch of orange, it smells chewable.
refreshing with the smack of carbonation, mild bitterness coated with light honey notes, coriander/orange flavor asserts in the aftertaste, the yeast just adds a whole new level to this brew, it gives it such a distinct tone of complexity. You have this slightly bready-musty dry flavor caressed with the hop signature and spiciness.... really nice. the more you sip the more the dry hopping really entices your nose and palate.
great beer here. Not an all day drinker but something great to have after or during a summer meal amongst friends. The spiciness would add to many types of fare, bbq to thai.
