Served chilled into a tulip glass.
BPA is a slightly hazy golden yellow color with thick white head. It is slow to settles and leaves some nice lacing behind.
Aroma is mild but characterful with tropical fruits, citrus, and subtle spice.
Flavor is bolder than I expected but nicely balanced. It has a healthy dose of buttering hops but also a solid malt bill. It's pale malts, as you would expect, but it adds a nice light sweetness to even out the bitterness from the hops.
Mouthfeel is medium-light in body and assertively carbonated, which seems about right for the style.
Overall an excellent Belgian pale and one I should have discovered long ago. I've passed it up too many times.
