App: Huge head (due to perhaps an overactive pour). Slightly cloudy pale golden color.
Smell: Strong hop aromas. Tropical fruit mixed with firm metallic bitterness.
Taste: Strong hop profile throughout which seems to be the focus of this brew. As it warms a honey malt comes in the middle. Finishes dry with crisp pilsner malt. Floral and herbal flavors with a touch of alcohol and citrus show in the finish. The cascade hops are a nice touch and make themselves known, but not my preference for the style.
Refreshing light-medium body with tight carbonation.
