12 oz. bottle, no apparent bottling information. Poured into a Firestone Walker pint glass.
A - Pours a gigantic four fingers of head, on a fizzing cloudy pale golden colored body. Looks almost lager-like in color, but with an enormous fizzing doughy fluffy head with excellent retention. A little bit of spotty lacing on the sides.
S - Can definitely smell the Cascade hops that went into this. Very fruity. Pineapple smell for sure.
T - Hops are still apparent, but are thrown into the background by the Belgian yeasts and malts. Still very fruity tasting, nonetheless. Carbonated, but not overly so.
M - Dry feel. Slightly sticky with some green apple sugar taste lingering around in the background. Perhaps a tad bit too carbonated for my liking, but not distracting.
Overall, a nicely balanced beer. Simple, yet moderate and highly drinkable with a nice 6.2% abv. Not a personal favorite, but definitely worth trying.
