Poured from 750ml bottle into standard pint glass.
Appearance- Hazy Pale straw with a thin but creamy clean white head. Leaves a thin coat of lacing.
Smell- Sweet citrus hop aroma. Mostly pineapple and lemons. Spicey aroma typically associated with Belgian yeasts. I smell a bit of a cinnamon quality, which is a nice touch.
Taste- Lightly bittered but definitely very sweet. Belgian Candy sugar was used I would assume. The spices are nice highlight in the background along with a biscuity maltness. Clove is the prevalent spice but its matched nicely buy a finishing bitter bite.
Mouthfeel- Light bodied and pretty highly carbonated. Combined with the spices and hop bite, this makes for a very "Jumpy" mouthfeel. Not a bad thing though.
Drinkability- Ughhh high. Very high. I could easily go for a couple 750s of this or few drafts at my local watering hole. (Looking at you Flying Saucer)
