A - Foggy copper... no sediment, but copper. Doesn't look 'rich; thin head, dissipates neatly. Looks like it should have a nice level of carbonation to it.
S - a rich aroma bouquet...ripe tropical fruit with slight floral bouquet to it. It makes me want to taste it immediately without restraint. Perhaps a hint of lemon in within.
T- Malty, but not overbearing, then mingling with that tropical fruit/barlett pear, which crescendos nicely. This isn't as cold as it should be, but certainly does not lose any part of the taste profile. Malty - not a deep malty flavor, but it tends to dominate but doesn't overbear, dances nicely with the pear flavor. Not overly complex.
M - Creamy - somewhat mouthcoating, but in balance with the overall brew,
D - It's a bomber... I don't think I'd have more than one.
Interesting BPA... bought in a three pack sampler from Costco Delaware for $19. For that price... its worth stocking up.
