Apperance: Apple cide in color, very hazy. Head retention is minimal, so is formation and lacing. I will not judge against this, as i am using the wrong glass and i am sure it is my fault.
Nose: A little citrus and raisin in the beginning. A little yeasty, a bit of a Belgian nose to it. a tiny bit of vanilla and sweet crackers.
Taste: Nice and fruity at first. Not tropical, but everyday fruits, like banana and strawberry. The Belgian-style water taste is evident. A little bitter, but only slightly and in the back of the taste. Some raisin and crackers, yeasty, a little crisp at the end.
Notes: I am very impressed. This is the most non-American, American brewery I have found. Nice to drink.
