Seduction pours a dark copper/brown with a masterful two finger cocoa head. Great lacing on my snifter glass. The head sticks around forever. The nose is malt, yeast, cherries, and chocolate. Really interesting, balanced and pleasant nose. It almost has a smoky tinge to it as well. Very complex, especially as it warms. The taste is exactly the nose profile, and the smoky smell definitely is there in the taste. There's definitely some cocoa in there as well. None of the 6.8% abv is evident. Feel is full, with tartness, malt, and all kinds of stuff happening. Very complex and enjoyable. Overall, at slightly below room temperature, this is a great brew, very complex. I enjoyed it. Cheers!

On draft at The Top Gainesville into a small snifter. Pours black with a tiny head. Aroma of sweet candy malt, belgian yeast, maybe a little roast and cherry. Mouthfeel close to a stout with low carbonation. Creamy up front that goes into a cherry flavor that takes over the palate and lasts a bit. Sort of a cherry cordial but not overly sweet. Touch of bitterness keeps things in check. Nicely balanced.
