Builds a big, three-inch, antique white foamy head that is long lasting and leaves a coating of lace over a hazy, amber orange beer with golden highlights.
Nice funk with lots of fruit, orange, apricot, and Juicy Fruit Gum. Wood and banana notes come out with warmth.
Acid is out front, with a light tartness. Fruits are subdued, however, yeast flavors come out along with toasted sourdough. There is a short, powerful burst in the finish, with subtle, lingering bananas that follow.
This is a medium body beer with explosive carbonation that forms fine bubbles against a wooly texture. Alcohol is light.
An easy drinking and refreshing beer to aid decompression after work. Enjoyed from a tulip glass.
