On-tap at Beachwood I,
A: Pours golden with a medium white head, some soft lace, solid head retention.
S: Bready malt, floral grassy hops, earth.
T: Good overall pale malt flavour. Great earthy dry grassy hop character. Definitely has an American flair. Nice mix of flavours.
M: Medium-bodied, crisp biting carbonation, nice long hoppy aftertaste for the style.
O: Like a hoppy Duvel, great direct flavour. This is just a really good beer. Don't know why the 750 has to be $14 though.

Sampling a cellar temp bottle poured into a snifter. The beer is hazy gold color with bleached white minimal head after even a fairly aggressive pour.
Aroma is mild with bready yeast, some sweet malt and some spicy and earthy hops.
First sip reveals an average to light body with fine rolling carbonation.
Flavor is similar to the nose with some caramel malt and a little musty funk mixed in for fun.
The hops give the same earthy and spicy notes as he nose advertised, I dont get any booze which is nice since it is a bigger beer.
Very easy to drink and worth trying as it is interesting and fairly complex without being messy.
