Poured from a bottle into a shaker pint, the beer is a hazy, pale, golden-yellow coloring, almost opaque, with a tall, frothy, bright white head with huge bubbles and good retention. Aromas of pineapple, honey, pepper, biscuit, lemon, and subtle resiny bitterness. Flavors are spice forward, with a lemony sweet and tart backbone blended with biscuit notes. Hops bitterness and spice creep in at the tail end of the palate, with a more robust spice bouquet also present. Bitter and tart citrus blend into the aftertaste, with grassy and cedar notes. Light, effervescent body keeps the palate light. The finish is light, frothy, and clean, with only a hint of citrus linger. Very drinkable, and a great warm weather drinker.

12oz Bottle from the Potsdam NY IGA for $3

Appearance - Hazy yellow colour with a huge size fizzy/frothy white coloured head. It's hard to make out the amount of carbonation showing and there is some great lacing. The head lasted for around 5 minutes.

Smell - Hops, coriander/clove, citrus, floral notes

Taste & Mouth - There is an average amount of carbonation and I can taste breads, grains, and hops. There is also some grapefruit, lemon, and floral notes. It ends with a fruity floral aftertaste.

Overall – This brewer can do no wrong, another winner. A fantastic summer beer with more than enough flavour to stay interesting throughout the glass.

Served into a pint glass at livewire sd.

The brew is pale straw-yellow in color, clean and clear. A small wispy head leaves trace lacing.

The nose is wet floral hops and fruity esters, a little spicy. Freshly baked pasties provides a nice backdrop for the layered bouquet.

Hop-forward on the palate, the hops are floral and a little tingly. Ripe fruit and a touch of funk combine with honey sweetness to round the profile of flavors. The brew leans against a bready complexion, frothy in your mouth and scrubbing your palate between sips.

Simple, layered, tasty, drinkable. Exactly what you want from a pale.

Pours a slightly hazy dark yellow into my pint glass. Giant head that is slow to dissipate, a variety of bubbles and ends up with thick beautiful lacing. Floral scent, but noticeable maltiness to it as well. Taste is of a lighter floral hop with a respectable substance to it, balanced with just a bit of malt. There is a certain spiceness to it too, both in flavor and mouthfeel which makes this a unique brew. Mouthfeel is like that of a carbonated mineral water - heavier and spicier though. Aftertaste is more yeasty with a hit of floral hops but quickly fades and doesn't continue to develop. Overall recommended.

Poured into a sampler glass. No freshness date.

A- Pours a dark golden color with a 1/2 inch white head that retains well before becoming a thick ring around the edge of the glass and a mostly full sheet of surface foam.

S- Floral, as expected, with a nice citrusy hop fume and a smack of wheat-like malt. Kind of reminds me of some saisons I've had in the past.

T- Flavor isn't quite as impressive as there's just a light bitterness and a faint reflection of the aroma. Still, it's a bit fruity and zesty and certainly enjoyable. Wow, would never have guessed the ABV was anywhere over 6%.

M- A bit spritzy and has a small bite from the hops. Medium-high carbonation and a lightish body.

O- I rather enjoyed this. A light and refreshing brew with enough hop kick to keep things interesting. The aroma was especially pleasurable.
