A - bright golden color with slight cloudiness from the yeast. Thick, dense, white head that leaves very nice lacing on the glass.

S - clovey, estery, traditional belgian aroma

T - It has a clean flavor. Light somewhat lemony, and citrusy. There is the distinct flavor of the belgian yeast that has a spicy herbal flavor that complement the hop selection in such a way that is incredibly enjoyable.

M - It is a little drying on the pallet and leaves me wanting another sip. Bright and crisp. Refreshing.

Overall - This is a great beer done very well. If there is one thing about it is I leaves me feeling a little gassy and full. It really want to foam up when I pour it in the glass and as soon as it hits my belly with every sip.
Belgian style beers are not my absolute favorite but I am truly enjoying this beer. A refreshing summer brew with a nice alcohol kick.

A: Very carbonated. Hazy yellow. Very, very nice looking.
S: Spicy, peppery, banana, mildly floral, don't get much hops here. Beautiful aroma. Classic belgian. Slight peachy ester.
T: Ah, hops come through here a bit more. Medium bitterness, a bit piney. That fruity ester still hanging around, maybe even pineapple? Slightly spicy still. The hops are very present, mostly in the form of bitterness. It has subdued the belgian flavor. I would have preferred hops turned down a bit. Grainy malts, just a little bit of sweetness. Still, a nice beer. Because of the decent bitterness and pretty high carbonation the beer is a bit less sessionable than I'd like.
M: Mouthfeel is a bit high on this too. Well-carbonated. The body should be a bit lighter and drier, again, would help with sessionability.
O: Not a bad beer, the aroma was the best part. Hops and body a bit too high to make this an amazing beer. Not entirely sessionable, which it should be for this self described "summer ale".

Light gold and a bit hazy with a bright white cap. Decent head retention with a bit of foamy lacing. Aromas of lemony citrus, straw, a bit yeasty/bready, quite floral. A bit sweeter than expected, moderate bitterness that lingered. Citrus and floral, a hint of spiciness. Lively carbonation, light bodied, off-dry and quite drinkable. Really nice balance and well constructed. I'll definitely pick this up again.
