Served into a pint glass at livewire sd.

The brew is pale straw-yellow in color, clean and clear. A small wispy head leaves trace lacing.

The nose is wet floral hops and fruity esters, a little spicy. Freshly baked pasties provides a nice backdrop for the layered bouquet.

Hop-forward on the palate, the hops are floral and a little tingly. Ripe fruit and a touch of funk combine with honey sweetness to round the profile of flavors. The brew leans against a bready complexion, frothy in your mouth and scrubbing your palate between sips.

Simple, layered, tasty, drinkable. Exactly what you want from a pale.

Pours a slightly hazy dark yellow into my pint glass. Giant head that is slow to dissipate, a variety of bubbles and ends up with thick beautiful lacing. Floral scent, but noticeable maltiness to it as well. Taste is of a lighter floral hop with a respectable substance to it, balanced with just a bit of malt. There is a certain spiceness to it too, both in flavor and mouthfeel which makes this a unique brew. Mouthfeel is like that of a carbonated mineral water - heavier and spicier though. Aftertaste is more yeasty with a hit of floral hops but quickly fades and doesn't continue to develop. Overall recommended.

Poured into a sampler glass. No freshness date.

A- Pours a dark golden color with a 1/2 inch white head that retains well before becoming a thick ring around the edge of the glass and a mostly full sheet of surface foam.

S- Floral, as expected, with a nice citrusy hop fume and a smack of wheat-like malt. Kind of reminds me of some saisons I've had in the past.

T- Flavor isn't quite as impressive as there's just a light bitterness and a faint reflection of the aroma. Still, it's a bit fruity and zesty and certainly enjoyable. Wow, would never have guessed the ABV was anywhere over 6%.

M- A bit spritzy and has a small bite from the hops. Medium-high carbonation and a lightish body.

O- I rather enjoyed this. A light and refreshing brew with enough hop kick to keep things interesting. The aroma was especially pleasurable.

Pours a golden sunlight yellow with a pillowy pure white head. Slight haze and floaties from the pour. Explosive head with streaming bubbles that support the head which eventually settles into a frothy ring and lace.

Smells of brett with a straw like bubble gum. Some dry flowers and wheat in background. Pleasant clean and crisp citrus with a touch of spice.

Tastes of light brett with green flowers balanced by a backbone of round wheat. Nice spiciness presumably from the hop flowers with a green hoppy character. Citrus lightly compliments throughout and leaves a mouth watering dry pucker on the finish.

Loads of sharp prickly bubbles deliver a spicy dull brett feel turns frothy almost full body but stays thankfully light.

Overall a great expression of pure green hops in a nicely balanced summer brew. This one is two cuts above the rest and hits it out of double day park. Really in a league of it's own when it comes to summer beers, my favorite by far.
