A very tasty, citrusy, lemony, flowery brew. Very refreshing and crisp, excellent for summer but also complex enough to satisfy year round. While the hops may be substantial, they don't seem to overpower this beer in any way. I wish I hadn't waited so long to try this and instead started drinking it first thing in the summer (or when it was available). Really nice and solid.

Very nice but complex unfiltered summertime brew that pairs up well with a lot of different food. I enjoyed it with a chicken bbq and heirloom salad dinner and one wasn't enough!

It's got a big head but isn't over carbonated. Light dry and crisp but has a nice floral nose and taste, along with apples, pears and a hint of citrus and even some minty cilantro notes. There's definitely some Belgian backbone but it has good hop presence. Very unique.

Bottle from Potsdam IGA. Bottled 04/10/2013 so about 5 months old.

A - Cloudy with a very light golden body. Strong carbonation with a big pillowy three finger white head. Good chunks of laceand a finger of retention.

S - Really nice Belgian yeast character and noble hop mixing together. Saaz and honey. Love it.

T - Honey, pilsnery malt, nice spicy and floral notes. Belgian yeast. Floral, zesty, lemony. Well blended flavours. Right up my alley.

M - Strong carbonation, medium body, and a floral crisp bitterness.

O/D - More of a Belgian IPA but it's all pretty similar. A nice hoppy Belgian blonde. Very drinkable for the ABV. Liked it alot.

Full head in a lager glass settling to 5 fingers

Appearance - Hazy golden hue with a huge size fizzy/frothy white coloured head.Great lacing.

Smell - Hops, coriander/clove, citrus, hop flower notes, lightly grassy, like a meadow

Taste & Mouth - Yeasty baked bread, grains, and hops. There is also some lemon, orange and floral. It ends with a fruity floral (rose water) aftertaste.

Overall – My best summer ale this year. wonderful flavors. I hope they make this regularly.
