Poured into a shaker pint glass.
Good white foamy head retention with decent patchy lacing (with weird designs) over a semi-cloudy sunburnt gold body. The aroma contains both sweet malts (somewhat of a caramel note) and a bite of citrus from the hops. Spiciness lingers in the background. The taste is well balanced like the aroma. A malty, sweet beginning dives into some orange peel citrus, earthy, tea-like hops with pronounced spiciness in the finish. The mouthfeel is medium in body and somewhat creamy for a smooth ride.
Overall, probably one of the better offerings I've had from this brewery.

I don't see any bottle date.
Appearance: Light gold colored body with lots of visible carbonation under a thick fluffy white head with good retention and lacing. It looks perfect.
Aroma: It smells a bit spicy...a bit herbal with just a touch of lemon.
Taste: Slightly bready with a pretty strong yeast flavor that buries the hop flavor a bit. There's a bit of a herbal tea flavor and cedar at the end but again most of the flavor is hidden under the yeast flavor.
Mouthfeel: The mouthfeel is decent. It's not a dry pale ale as it leaves some residual sweetness on the palate. It has a mild bitterness which is just right for a pale ale.
Overall: It just didn't have an overall flavor profile that I liked. The beer just didn't feel "clean" enough to let the flavors pop. While it passes as a pale ale it wouldn't be one that I'd pick up again.

Golden amber color with hints of orange and a small, off-white head of foam. It smelled slightly citrusy with some bready notes. Tasted of caramel and a nice bitter piney bite. This a nice APA.

Standard American Pale Ale. Pine over grapefruit. Good but not great.
