No bottle date that I can see.
Appearance: Pale straw colored body that is pretty clear. Short white head that fades quickly to a shorter film over the top. Sparse carbonation.
Aroma: That tangy wheat aroma comes through pretty strong. It's not a kick in the face but it blooms out of the glass and makes an unmistakable aroma. Light flowery aroma. A slight ethanol aroma that detracts from the overall aromatic character.
Taste: It has a nice wheat flavor but it tastes a bit oxidized with some cardboard character. There is a touch of herbal hop character.
Mouthfeel: The mouthfeel is very thin for a wheat ale.
Overall: The beer leaves much to be desired. If I was with a group of friends who were all drinking wheat beers I would be embarrassed to have this in my glass. It's not a beer I would recommend.

Poured into a fluted pilsener glass.
Look: Filtered golden straw colored body with a white head that recedes to a wisp and white collar. Minimal lacing.
Aroma: Wet grains, malt sweetness, light lemon citrus notes, faint peppery spice.
Taste: Really sweet up front with malts and grains giving way to a citrus finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium to light, smooth.
Overall: This one is almost too sweet but balances out with citrus notes.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a clear, bright gold with a decent white head. Aroma of grain, citrus, and spice. Taste is wheat, lemon, malt, and spice. Nice one from a new brewery.
