Beautifully golden a glowing like a warm bulb, with a pretty consistent finger frothy white head to begin, leaving fingers behind.
There's a tremendous balance of Belgian yeast and a hoppy IPA coming through here, with the muskiness of the sage coming through as well.
The sage seems much more prominent in this version than the past Collaboration #2 - as the beer warms a bit, it subdues some, but is still underscored by a yeastiness and dank citrus.
Smooth, mildly prickly on the tongue and easy-drinking.
Nearly as good as I remember from the original version, with the sage being more pronounced, but still really good.

Appearance: Makes a spectacular entrance, with a meringue-like head capping the cloudy honey colored liquid; plenty of lacing action
Smell: Fresh and herbal, the fruit tones (banana, lemon and orange) complemented by the spicy sage
Taste: Bready, up front, with the citrus making an early entrance; underneath, the sage, lemongrass and other fruit flavors round out the profile; the finish is crisp and citrusy
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: I have been debating whether to purchase a bottle and when I saw it on tap I decided to give it a go; well worth the experience

P: Fairly clear vivacious pale golden body with a massive cap of dense meringue head. Retention is great and crumbles to a rocky crown leaving thick chunky lacing.
S: Spice forward with coriander, cinnamon, star anise, clove, bubble gum, belgian yeast and follows up with earthy hop oil dipped in citrus.
T/M: Lots of tangy wheat, coriander, lemongrass, clove, herbs and dirty earthy hops. Creamy medium body with faint carbonation. Semi-dry finish with lingering orange rind.
O: A nice balanced brew with earthiness, citrus and spices. I could drink this all day long. The yeast strain is delicate and not cloying which helps with the drinkability. I enjoyed the collaboration 2 so I had to grab this. Cheers!
