On Tap at a restaraunt in St Louis
A- Pale milky yellow, swirls of cloudiness. Below average head.
S- Nearly no nose. Almost nothing to comment on.
T- A husky, chalky flavor dominates, with the faintest glimmer of somethign sweet and corn-like. Dry finish.
M- Watery, though not quenching. Its as if they were trying to make it thin.
O- Undesirable, even compared to other mass-market wheat beers.

Poured from a bottle into a Pokal. White bubbly head, fades fast...little to no lacing. Stray in color...a milky yellow/gold...hazy sediment, clean...not chunky.
Yeasty, fresh bread on the nose with a hint of lemon grass.
Medium to high carbonation on the tongue. Grassy, sourdough bread, saltine crackers and lemon butter all up front. A creamy, bubbly mouthfeel. A quick, clean finish, slightly bitter red apple peel. I'm left with a crusty piece of toast...dabbed with a touch of honey.
Decent, well balanced wheat. Not an overly complexed beer but what it does...it does well. At 4.4 ABV this is an easy drinking session that would be perfect as an entry level wheat as well as a staple in most connoisseurs rotation...cheers!

A - very light golden color, almost like pineapple juice, very cloudy, a lot of bubbles in this one
S - I get a flavors citrus more lemon than anything with a doughy Bread Smell. I really enjoy this.
T - I get a strong but not overpowering wheat taste right off the bat then a doughy after taste, and lingering citrus flavors. Not to much going on but very good wheat beer.
M - a lot of carbonation in this brew mouthfeel is very thin and light quite refreshing.
O - overall I think the Unfiltered Wheat Beer from Boulevard Brewing Company is very good for a wheat beer. Simple but refreshing.
