A: barely opaque, cloudy orange; scant head; spare, thready lacing, fades quickly
S: yeast and pineapple
T: malt, yeast, lemon and pineapple, slightly earthy
M: medium-bodied, but a bit thin given the unfiltered appearance
O: a decent "light" wheat beer. Not the one beer I'm looking for, but sessionable if I weren't looking for something more compelling.

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle into a Shaker pint glass, "Best By" date 11-2-14.
APPEARANCE: pours a cloudy, pale yellow, bits of sediment floating about, 1 finger head that quickly dissipated until just a ring of bubbles remained around glass, no lacing, medium carbonation.
SMELL: floral, citrus, yeast and bread.
TASTE: initially sweet, subtle lemon citrus, very mild hop profile, bread.
PALATE: medium body, medium carbonation.
OVERALL: this is an excellent wheat beer, I frequently order this beer with food, this style has broad appeal so you could serve to large number of guests and would be a "safe" choice. This is an excellent brewer and I can't wait to try more beers from them.

12oz aluminum can poured into a tulip.
(A)- Pours a cloudy golden yellow color. Produced a nice cap of white froth. Decent retention and lacing.
(S)- A lot of cardamon/clove-like spice in this. Tons of biscuity yeast and lemon rind.
(T)- Very light. Extremely crisp with biscuity yeast and lemon rind.
(M)- A nicely crisp and light carbonation level. It has the right type of flavors, just incredibly subtle in every way.
(O)- Its good; would be great on a hot day, just with the flavors were more pronounced.
