Pours a pale hay color with a significant haze to it, and a cap of fluffy white froth.

Nose is light.

Flavors of just pre-ripe banana along with light lemon. Solid wheat base comes in slightly sweet and lightly toasted. Bitterness is light. Feel is light and fuzzy and smooth. A bit dry and very quaffable.

It aint the best wheat beer i've ever had, but you can do a lot worse.

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle into a Shaker pint glass, "Best By" date 11-2-14.

APPEARANCE: pours a cloudy, pale yellow, bits of sediment floating about, 1 finger head that quickly dissipated until just a ring of bubbles remained around glass, no lacing, medium carbonation.

SMELL: floral, citrus, yeast and bread.

TASTE: initially sweet, subtle lemon citrus, very mild hop profile, bread.

PALATE: medium body, medium carbonation.

OVERALL: this is an excellent wheat beer, I frequently order this beer with food, this style has broad appeal so you could serve to large number of guests and would be a "safe" choice. This is an excellent brewer and I can't wait to try more beers from them.

12oz aluminum can poured into a tulip.

(A)- Pours a cloudy golden yellow color. Produced a nice cap of white froth. Decent retention and lacing.

(S)- A lot of cardamon/clove-like spice in this. Tons of biscuity yeast and lemon rind.

(T)- Very light. Extremely crisp with biscuity yeast and lemon rind.

(M)- A nicely crisp and light carbonation level. It has the right type of flavors, just incredibly subtle in every way.

(O)- Its good; would be great on a hot day, just with the flavors were more pronounced.
