Pours a cloudy golden-yellow with a fluffy 2-finger white head, fading completely after about half the brew.
The nose is simple, delicate and fresh nose of doughy malt with whiffs of peach and banana and vague hints of clove.
Palate is light-med bodied and very crisp with a delicate wheat texture and a mild hop bitterness- the carbonation appearing to be still bigger, carrying more of the flavors which include banana and a lingering clove on the juicy finish.
Rarely do I ever seek out this sort of beer but this came in a sampler pack I helped to kill, and I was quite impressed with it. Very delicate but wonderfully quenching. A bit more flavor would have been nice, but I'd rather have this than an over-the-top banana bomb of a wheat brew.

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle into a Shaker pint glass, "Best By" date 11-2-14.
APPEARANCE: pours a cloudy, pale yellow, bits of sediment floating about, 1 finger head that quickly dissipated until just a ring of bubbles remained around glass, no lacing, medium carbonation.
SMELL: floral, citrus, yeast and bread.
TASTE: initially sweet, subtle lemon citrus, very mild hop profile, bread.
PALATE: medium body, medium carbonation.
OVERALL: this is an excellent wheat beer, I frequently order this beer with food, this style has broad appeal so you could serve to large number of guests and would be a "safe" choice. This is an excellent brewer and I can't wait to try more beers from them.

12oz aluminum can poured into a tulip.
(A)- Pours a cloudy golden yellow color. Produced a nice cap of white froth. Decent retention and lacing.
(S)- A lot of cardamon/clove-like spice in this. Tons of biscuity yeast and lemon rind.
(T)- Very light. Extremely crisp with biscuity yeast and lemon rind.
(M)- A nicely crisp and light carbonation level. It has the right type of flavors, just incredibly subtle in every way.
(O)- Its good; would be great on a hot day, just with the flavors were more pronounced.
