Clearly unfiltered...hmm. Just a bit of white head with some carbonation visible along the edges.
Straw and grass in the nose.
Taste has some spice and light citrus with plenty of carbonation. Medium body with some more than I was expecting. Possibly some flaked wheat to round it out. More straw and grass characters.
Very drinkable and nothing wrong with this but nothing outstanding.

Review from my trip back to Kansas last week:
This beer pours a light yellow color with almost no carbonation, and a sliver of a white head. Very light and easy to see through. The nose is very simple, wheat, lemon, and a tiny bit of malt. The taste follows suit, with a little bit of sourness on the fringe of the flavor. Not a big fan. The taste is almost non-existent really. Feel is light w/ low carbonation. Overall, this is barely a step up from the macro BMC's of the world. Not worth drinking, unless there's nothing else available.

On tap at Conrad's in Liberty. Had a million of these in a bottle too, just too lazy to review until now. This is the beer that put Boulevard on the map. Into a pint glass.
Appearance - Pours a super cloudy golden color, with plenty of sediment to be seen if you pour it out of a bottle (not in the tap version). Decent one finger head that sticks for a minute or two, mediocre lacing left on the glass. Always like the label and the steel bottles though.
Smell - Mostly wheats and breads. A slight fruity hint, a bit of malts. Pretty subdued.
Taste - Much like the nose, the breads and wheat dominate the taste. There is a slight fruit hint to it towards the back as well of a bit of honey, but nothing major. Pretty one-dimensional
Mouthfeel - Medium body and carbonation, kind of funky aftertaste. Almost a fruit or banana taste
Overall - A decent beer at best. There is 100 different beers of the style that are better. I haven't bought this beer in years, this one was part of a round not purchased by me. Probably won't buy it, but that doesn't necessarily mean its bad. Its a great transition beer for swill drinkers.
