Boulevard Pale Ale is an agreeable, tasty pale ale with a light gold/orange color and a nose that combines citrus with toasted malt. Foam is average, and while it doesn't hold up for long, it at least leaves a thin coating on the top of your glass as you drink.
Plenty of great tastes exist in Boulevard Pale Ale. It combines flavors of caramel malt, pale malt, bread, citrus hops, and a dash of mint and spice. There is a sweet beginning to this ale, but it quickly switches to the taste of citrus and spicy hops in the finish.
Boulevard Pale Ale is an American Pale Ale and it ranks as a very good example of its style. It isn't overly assertive and makes for a good session beer, as well as a good beer option for those who like hops, but only in moderation. It offers qualities that make it a good choice for seasoned veterans of this style as well as newbies who do not appreciate the big hop flavor of many of the more assertive pale ales on the market
